1. Eligibility & Age Verification

To register and play on pnl7, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law for casino-style online gambling.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legally permitted.
• You must not be an employee, agent, contractor, or immediate family member of any person associated with pnl7 operations.
• You must not be a self-excluded player under any active exclusion order or agreement with pnl7 or any related gambling platform.

By completing registration, you warrant and represent that all information you submit is truthful, accurate, and current. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.

2. Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account only on pnl7. Duplicate accounts, whether registered under the same identity or different aliases, are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must notify pnl7 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• pnl7 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any channel. Do not share it with anyone.
• All account activities performed using your credentials are deemed to be authorized by you unless you have reported a breach.
• pnl7 reserves the right to suspend any account pending identity verification (KYC) at its sole discretion.

Account holders from restricted jurisdictions — including but not limited to the United States, United Kingdom, and other territories where online gambling is prohibited by local law — are not eligible to register or play at pnl7.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

pnl7 supports a range of payment methods tailored for Filipino players, including GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank bank transfers, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and Cryptocurrency. All account balances are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱) unless otherwise stated.

• Deposits: Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per payment method. Deposits are generally credited instantly for e-wallet methods and within one (1) banking day for bank transfers.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within 24–72 hours, subject to KYC verification and internal review. pnl7 reserves the right to apply additional checks for large withdrawal amounts.
• Currency: All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). Any currency conversion fees resulting from your payment provider are your responsibility.

4. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

pnl7 offers a variety of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the timeframe specified in the individual promotion terms.
• A wagering requirement (rollover) applies to all bonus funds. You must wager the bonus amount (or bonus + deposit amount) a specified number of times before withdrawing bonus-derived winnings.
• Different game types may contribute different percentages toward completing wagering requirements (e.g., slots may contribute 100%, table games may contribute less).
• pnl7 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or terminate any promotion at any time, with or without notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to collusion, arbitrage betting, use of multiple accounts, or exploiting technical errors — will result in bonus forfeiture and potential permanent account suspension.
• Maximum bet limits apply while bonus funds are active. Bets exceeding the stated maximum may result in winnings being voided.

By claiming any pnl7 bonus or promotional offer, you explicitly agree to the bonus-specific terms as well as these general Terms & Conditions.

5. Prohibited Activities & Fair Play

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pnl7 and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

1. Using bots, scripts, automated software, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any pnl7 game or system.
2. Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or technical errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from known errors are not valid and will be voided.
3. Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, especially poker or live dealer games.
4. Engaging in or facilitating money laundering or any other financially illegal activity through the platform.
5. Attempting to reverse engineer, copy, scrape, or commercially exploit any part of the pnl7 platform, software, or content.
6. Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or pnl7 staff through any communication channel.

pnl7 employs sophisticated fraud detection systems and reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited activity. Decisions regarding account suspension in cases of suspected fraud are final pending completion of an internal investigation.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on pnl7.cam — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game assets, software, text, design elements, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of pnl7 or its licensed third-party providers.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the pnl7 platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any pnl7 content without prior written authorization.
• Game content (including Fortune Mouse, Big Hammer, Bingo, and Slot titles) is licensed from third-party providers and subject to their respective intellectual property protections.

7. Limitation of Liability

pnl7 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for continuous uptime and a seamless gaming experience, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues.

• pnl7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

• In the event of a game malfunction that results in an incorrect payout, pnl7 reserves the right to void the relevant game round and refund the original wager.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit pnl7's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws and the regulatory framework under which pnl7 operates. pnl7 is committed to fair and transparent dispute resolution.

• Internal Resolution First: Any dispute must first be submitted to pnl7 customer support. Our team will investigate and provide a resolution within ten (10) business days.
• Escalation: If you are unsatisfied with the internal resolution, you may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority overseeing pnl7's operations.
• Language: All formal dispute communications shall be conducted in English.
• Finality: pnl7's decisions on matters of game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account integrity are final, subject to applicable regulatory oversight.

9. Amendments to These Terms

pnl7 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any portion of these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on pnl7.cam unless otherwise stated.
